Statistics works for tagged animals without trackline

For telemetry datasets, "Statistics" by "Tagged animal" in Dataset Detail page worked for those having animal trackline data, which excluded datasets such as Waved Albatross Tracking (ID 324).
This feature is upgraded to show statistics for all telemetry datasets whether or not having trackline data.
For those not having trackline data, the statistics shows max/min latitude/longitude of an animal, instead of starting/end locations.
