[Data correction] Habitat type datasets updated

Habitat type datasets " Marine mammal and seabird computer database analysis system. Washington, Oregon, California 1975-1997 (ID: 271)" and "Beringian Seabird Colony Catalog (2004) (ID: 270)" got their data corrected.
- The numbers of records shown in "Datasets" page were misleading (the total counts of birds across all species from all colonies). They are updated to show the numbers of colonies observed.
- In Dataset Detail page, "Species Recorded" link didn't work. The problem is fixed.
- Their shapefiles got duplicated records. Now they have one record for each colony.
