[Problem fixed] IE now can open Google Earth

When you clicked "Map on Google Earth" on Internet Explorer, Google Earth was launched but gave you an error " Could not open file... for reading."
This was caused by some server misconfiguration.
The problem is fixed and you can map datasets/species observations with Google Earth when you use Internet Explorer.
This problem was specific to Internet Explorer and didn't happen with FireFox.
